In 2008, Rodney enjoyed the occasional day out at the shows
He started off by winning BOB and the Utility Group at Manchester (pictured below)
Reserve CC at Crufts
CC, BOB, Utility Group 1 and Reserve Best in Show at WELKS
CC, BOB, and Group 2 Winner at Border Union
He also won a few more Reserve CC's
Then in December at just 7 years old
Rodney wins the last ever heat of the Pedigree Veteran Stakes under Jenny Miller
qualifing for the Grand Finals in Jan 2009
Also Rodney enjoyed another great year as a Sire
with the following New Champions bringing his tally up to 9

Nelly won her 1st CC while still a puppy
and on the same day was attacked by an AKITA
Her confidence at the shows took a knocking, so she has only made a few appearances in the ring although she has not taken high honours, the main priority was to let her be happy and gain confidence.
She will have a more starring role in 2009
